The Tiny House at R&R Retreat is a rustic getaway situated on 40 private acres with 3 ponds (covering a combined 10+ acres!), lots of trails, wildlife, and tons of natural beauty, all conveniently located 5 minutes from downtown Sapulpa (and historic Route 66!) and 25 minutes from downtown Tulsa. Experience the best of both worlds thanks to the off-grid atmosphere and high-speed Wifi! One of five cabins on the site, the Tiny House offers lots of opportunities for relaxation in a "tiny" package.

Located in Historic Owen Park Neighborhood. One of the oldest neighborhoods in Tulsa. Very close to The B.O.K. Arena, Tulsa Ball Park, Cain's Ballroom, Tulsa's Arts District, many restaurants, and the Tulsa Gathering Place. This Cozy cabin is perfect for a couple wanting a relaxing weekend and also a wonderful writer's retreat!

Sunny’s Hut at Three Ponds Community

This cute little hut sits just behind our main house. You get your own private space on the land. Heating and air are a must in Oklahoma and we got you covered so you are comfortable all year long. You also get access to our beautiful outdoor shower and our amazing compost toilet for a truly unique experience. Included in the hut is a mini fridge, microwave, pour over coffee, along with plates, utensils, and towels.

Wake up in your private suite overlooking the pond and 10 acres of wooded land. Beautiful in the winter. Iced over pond, wildlife all around. Room to go for a nature hike, or Enjoy your evenings in the living room playing games, unwinding by watching a movie on the 55-inch smart TV, roasting marshmallows around the fire pit or cooking on our custom made grill, spacious enough to feed large groups!

The Scissortail Farmhouse is a new guest home nestled on the edge of a working regenerative farm that supplies produce to many of our best local restaurants.
