Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.

Multiple fishing locations on the world famous Kenai River, are all within 5-10 minute drive.

Comfortable sunny retreat for solo adventurers. Its next to Morgan's Landing State Park and walking distance to salmon fishing on the Kenai River. We're located in the middle of the Kenai Peninsula which is nice as a home base for day trips to Homer, Seward and Cooper Landing.
