This location may have some neighbors close by but it offers the seclusion you enjoy when you want to just get away and relax.

Year-round cottage sleeps 2 with 1 bed & 1 bath. The Cottage offers magnificent views of Cook Inlet, Twin Glaciers, Mt. Redoubt, Mt. Iliamna, and Mt. Spur, (all 3 are active volcanoes) The Waterfront Cottage has an abundance of wildlife including Moose, Eagles, Beluga whales (seasonal), an occasional Bear and more. This home is located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood, five minutes south of Soldotna. It's 70 miles to Homer and an hour and a half to Seward. It's close to the Kenai and Kasilof rivers. There's plenty of parking for a boat, snowmobile or trailer. There's moose and caribou in the area and the back yard has many varieties of birds. There are beautiful gardens front and back and lawns.
