Peach Lane is a leafy cul-de-sac which ends on the banks of a mountain spring in Newlands Village. The village forms a central hub around historic mountain springs and breweries. This sunny, private garden flat is separate to the house with it's own entrance and off-street parking. There is an enclosed paved garden with a Webber BBQ. We are close to major highways, a stone's throw away from the Kenilworth Race Course and 2kms away from a vibrant village with restaurants and pubs. You will find a convenience store, hair dresser and coffee shop 200 meters away. For load shedding backup, we have an UPS for the WIFI, a gas cooker and rechargeable light bulbs and light.

We have full solar installed so load shedding no problem. This is a spacious room with a Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. French doors open to a private kitchenette and dining terrace. We will provide Filer coffee/tea/milk for you to enjoy at your leisure. A seperate garden entrance and secure off-street parking allows you to come and go as you please. Centrally located in the leafy suburbs of Claremont, we are 20 minutes from both the city center and some main tourist attractions.

Welcome to 17 on Severn-A comfortable and quiet space for you to relax in and have a very good nights sleep. We are close to Constantiaberg Medi Clinic and Melomed Clinic. As well as the US Embassy. Meadowridge and Constantia Shopping Centres are close by. Also in easy access are restaurants churches, gyms, running trails and beaches. Easy access to both the M5 and M3 for commuting to the CBD and out to the beautiful wineland. We hope you enjoy your stay in our quiet neighborhood.

Welcome to our beautiful cottage in leafy Newlands. It sleeps three people comfortably. You are welcome to use the garden and pool, with relaxing loungers and braai facilities. Enjoy walking, hiking, running & cycling in the neighbourhood. We are close to great coffee shops and restaurants, Kirstenbosch, Newlands Forest, UCT and the airport. There is a refrigerator, microwave and flat-screen TV with full DStv. (You may be visited by a friendly Spaniel)
