Walking distance to Kenmore downtown with a selection of bars, coffee shops and restaurants. Half an hour drive to Seattle, Bellevue, or Lynnwood.

You will have the entire basement studio apartment, with on-site parking and a picturesque back yard and patio. Welcome to our lovely, private studio in Kenmore! Our comfy space invites you to wind down and relax after a long day exploring the Seattle area. This lil’ gem with a private indoor patio and a gorgeous view of the valley is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, just north of Lake Washington. Visiting Seattle? Only a 20-minute drive to Seattle. 15-minute drive to world-class Woodinville wineries. A 5-minute drive to downtown Kenmore with many unique restaurants and breweries.

Marvelous Guest Suite Shoreline with Parking

Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics). If you need recommendations for restaurants or other fun activities please do not hesitate to ask me.

This second story of our guest house is equipped with essential amenities, a microwave, a small fridge, and a freezer, making it easy to prepare light meals or snacks. Start your day right with the Keurig coffee maker, allowing you to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee whenever you desire. With a separate entrance, you’ll have the privacy you need to fully enjoy your stay. We’re excited to welcome you to our guest house.

Welcome to Millcreek! This side suite combines chic decor with modern amenities and an experience all can enjoy. King bed with storage, Iron and ironing board, pull-out sofa bed, Full Kitchen, quartz countertop, shower, 70” flat screen, board games and a coffee bar. Mini split for cooling and heating. I live upstairs with my husband and a 4 year old boy! We maintain quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am :)
