The Farm House Cottage

The Farmhouse is the perfect getaway. Spring/Summer head out into the fresh air, watch the cattle graze, wander around the gardens, smell the sweet scent of Wisteria pick seasonal fruits, vegetables and herbs, or take it easy on a lounger in the sun with a book and a cold beverage. In the evening relax by the outdoor fire pit and enjoy the evening skyline. Fall/Winter cozy up in an armchair in front of the fireplace and watch the seasons change. Our 1910 FarmHouse Cottage... This is an adult-only property and is not ADA (American Disabilities Act) compliant. We expect our guests to treat our home with the utmost respect. If any violations of these house rules occur, you will owe the full deposit. MAX OCCUPANCY: 4 Guests. Any additional guests must be pre-approved prior to check in. (The couch is not a sleeper sofa) ADDITIONAL GUESTS NOT PRE-APPROVED: All overnight guests that are not booked or pre-approved prior to your check in, will be charged at time of check out " $50.00 a night per guest, per night " along with any additional fees. MAXIMUM PARKING: 2 cars. Additional parking will be provided on request. WEDDINGS/EVENTS: All Cottage Décor, Flatware, Dishes, Catering Items, Trays, etc... Please do not remove from Cottage for any other purpose other than to use in the Cottage. KITCHEN: Well-equipped with Dishes, Stemware, Flatware, Baking and Cooking Tools, Open pantry, Microwave, Dishwasher, Cleaning supplies. LAUNDRY ROOM: Washer, Dryer, Garbage, Recycling, Cleaning supplies, Fire extinguisher LIVING ROOM: Gas Fireplace, HDTV60", Xfinity; HBO, Wi-Fi (150 Mbps), DVD/Blu Ray Player, Selection of DVD's. MAIN BEDROOM: Queen Tempur- Pedic Cloud adjustable bed with wireless remote, Luxury bedding. 2nd BEDROOM: Full bed, Pillow top, Luxury bedding. BATHROOM: Spa tub, Yummy... Soaks and Soaps, Fluffy towels, Hair Dryer, Shampoo. OUTDOOR SPACE: Three outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Lounge chairs, Sun umbrellas, Adirondack chairs, Propane Fire pit, 2-Bistro tables for morning coffee and a Day bed for an afternoon of napping and relaxing. If you have any questions at anytime... Only a 20-minute drive to Seattle. 15-minute drive to world-class Woodinville wineries. A 5-minute drive to downtown Kenmore with many unique restaurants and breweries.

The cabin has been newly upgraded and will be your secluded retreat about 30 feet behind the main house with a separate entrance and covered parking space. Enjoy your retreat with a full kitchen, and countertop island. The cabin has one bedroom, one sofa bed and sleeps up to 3 people. Wake up with birding chirping, surround yourself with trees, and enjoy a freshly made cup of espresso. Located in a safe, quiet, and green neighborhood, but you are not far from the heart of Seattle.

The Creamery

Nestled between the barn and the milking parlor is The Creamery; a relaxing spot to spend a few days far from the rigors of the city. Here we made Dinah's Cheese for years, and now you can enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your plush bed, warmed by the thick down comforter. The French Limousin cows may come up to your bedroom window, curious as to who is sharing the pastures this morning. The quiet will be startling, with little noise but coffee brewing in the kitchen.

Modern and cozy ADU in Bellevue

Welcome to our cozy guesthouse ADU located in the walkout basement of our newly built home. A quiet & safe neighborhood with quick access to highways 405 and 520. You can easily explore nearby Bellevue, Kirkland and the greater Seattle area. Please note, our Airbnb is located beneath our kitchen. We want to be upfront & transparent about this to set accurate expectations. Our weekdays start at 6.30/7am and you may hear us walking in the kitchen if you're sensitive to noise.
