Peaceful 5 bedroom 4.5 bath waterfront house

This newly built (2021) Colonial has over 75 ft of shore frontage adjacent to the hosts 6 bedroom Cape Cod style house. Centrally located minutes from Intersate 95 and Colby College , Thomas college, and other Belgrade lakes destinations. Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park are only a couple hour drive through scenic countryside. In the winter you can ice fish, cross country ski, snowmobile, or enjoy the quite of the lake. Sugarloaf and Sunday River ski resorts are a 60 minute drive.

Beautiful four-season waterfront cottage located on the outskirts of Augusta. The main living space has a full kitchen, living room/dining space, bathroom with laundry, and bedroom (queen bed). The walk-out basement, with its own bathroom, offers a cabin-style space to lounge in or as a second bedroom. Or stay outside and enjoy the water views from the second-story deck or ground-level fire pit. Either spot is an amazing place to enjoy the night sky and listen to the loons and eagles!

This Scandinavian- modern style cottage is located on lower Long Pond. The drive in to “Lilla Stuga” (Swedish for little cottage) is at the end of a 1 ½ mile private road.

Couches & airbeds just in case. Indoor and outdoor showers. High speed internet with streaming TV. Just 15 minutes from I-95 but East Pond feels like the middle of nowhere.
