Your Little Guest House

Welcome! Get a great night’s sleep in our clean, and comfortable guest house with additional sofa sleeper (Full). Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ provided for entertainment on the Smart TV. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry room are stocked with added appliances and amenities to make your stay more comfortable. If you need anything, just ask. We provide a private entrance accessible via stairs, and key code access. Dedicated parking. No pets are permitted.

Theater Themed House w/ Hottub

Guest home located above the detached garage further back on our property. It sits on an acre where guests are free to use the yard, fire pit, barbecue & play equipment. The main home is also an Airbnb with only yard shared. It is a studio apartment with a private entrance to the property. The living and sleeping area, as well as the kitchen are all connected. Great walk in shower as well as full size deck for your relaxation and watching the beautiful sunsets we have here in the Tri-Cities.

Downstairs has two more bedrooms, living room with trundle bed & room with table for games. Lots of parking for boat /RV. Nine beds total will accommodate large family/group.

Brand new everything, seriously tried to think of everything I’d like at an AirBnb myself! Super clean, w/ a home feel, with a taste of elegance & class! NOTE: this is a basement walk-out apartment underneath our family’s living space. While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).
