Comfortably sleeps 6 in beds - 2 on pullout couch. 1st bedroom is on the main level with king bed, closet and full bath. Also on the main level you have a 1/2 bath with washer/dryer. This well appointed house offers safety, comfort, and convenience. Located on a well-lit street w/ exterior cameras, it's within walking distance to parks, trails, pickleball courts, community pool, and bars and restaurants. A noteworthy perk: charge your electric car in the driveway with our 220v or 110v.

Memento Vivere

Welcome to Memento Vivere, in Fertile, Iowa! Memento Vivere means "Remember you have to Live" and this 124year old house was completely brought back to life by its owners with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere, all the while preserving its charm. This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage is the perfect place to get away from all the hustle and bustle of life. With a separate workspace, dining room, living room, kitchen, coffee/wine bar - this house has everything you need to relax and unwind.

Outside you and your pets will enjoy a fully fenced backyard, firepit, patio outside furniture and grill

Moose Haus Lodge

This barn refinished into a rustic cabin will give you the feeling that you are in the middle of the woods while having the convenience of being in town. Located just minutes from downtown Clear Lake, the historic Surf Ballroom, and City Beach, this is the perfect get-away spot! A large upper loft makes this a great option for families with kids or a peaceful adult retreat. Pets are family... so we are pet friendly, but do add a $25 dollar pet fee (per pet) for the duration of your stay.

Cornerstone Cabin with lakeview

Two bedroom cabin located across the street from the Lake along the South Shore. There is a view of the lake from the deck and inside. A public dock is located across from the cabin. All towels and bedding are provided. Outdoor deck furniture and gas grill. One bedroom has a queen and the second has a bunk bed with a twin over full, also had a twin bed with pull out trundle in this room. There is a sleeping loft with two twin mattreses also. Cabin was completely renovated in 2016.

Updated Spacious Studio Apartment over Coffeeshop!

This apartment is located on the historic main street of Northwood, Iowa, above Carpenter Coffee Company (quiet evenings). Local brewery right across the street and multiple restaurants in close proximity of the Airbnb. This is a full studio apartment that includes up to four sleeping options (king bed, twin rollaway, and couch), large bathroom with walk in shower, and full kitchen. A great place to enjoy the small town lifestyle with everything at a walking distance!

Nordic Horse isolated farm stay for your family

COVID PROTOCOLS: Host follows Airbnb Cleaning Checklist between guests The Nordic Horse is a farm stay! This is a working horse farm, many of the horses are located on this property. Have coffee on deck overlooking a pasture with the two miniature (little ones can sit on them) ponies and the friendly llama that begs for carrots. The pigmy goats love to eat weeds you feed them. The house and barn were built in 1880 by Norwegian immigrants Ole and Britta.
