It’s time to bliss out! This is an excellently-designed one bedroom, one bathroom apartment in a sustainable building with a train station at your doorstep - right in the heart of Brunswick. I've had fun creating a playful, vibrant place (kitted out with lots of awesome homewares!) that I hope you'll enjoy as much as I do. The vibe is warm, the balcony is spacious and you've got all the cafes, bars, restaurants & shops you could want in less than a five minute walk. Make yourself at home here!

Porter's Cottage (1890) is a semi-detached home that has been completely styled and renovated to create a unique inner city stay. Formerly owned by the family of renowned author Hal Porter, the cottage was the location for his iconic 1963 novel, The watcher on the cast iron balcony. The cottage is perfect for singles or couples who are requiring a proximity to the city but want a community minded village feeling where everything can be accessed via a short walk.

This cool urban Loft studio is fitted with a new kitchen and bathroom, and internal washing machine. This area is full of arts creatives. Close to the Maribrynong river, 13 mins walk to Footscray station and 11 mins on the train to the city. Footscray is a thriving suburb of multiculturalism. Just added a smart tv with Free Netflix. Bathed in light from a skylight rather than a window. The studio is upstairs ( 2nd floor) with no lift. I live next door.

This apartment is located on the 8th floor of the ONLY Flemington, opposite Flemington Racecourse. The balcony and main bedroom offer beautiful City View. There is one basement car space which is also accessible by lift. Guests also have full access the rooftop Infinity Pool and Gym (But "Recreational Facilities only open for use from 6:00am to 10:00pm"). Minutes to the CBD and seconds from public transport, City Link and shopping.

Bespoke and Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment in a converted warehouse. Walking distance to public transport to the city and Flemington racecourse. 2 train stations from city loop. With restaurants, cafes, breweries, distilleries, bakeries and coffee roasters all in close proximity. The apartment with cork floors, concrete walls and bespoke bathroom has a really cosy feel. We love our apartment and we know you will too.
