Cozy bright beach vibe cottage located on a quiet cul de sac street with a 5 min walk on a boardwalk to a beautiful 5 km blue flag beach Aboiteau ! Cottage accommodates 4 people . Features an electric fireplace with walkout to wrap around deck and gazebo. Double bed and pull out couch. WiFi, high speed internet, TV, A/C, custom made pub style table, fully equipped kitchen, propane BBQ, large walk-in shower, separate area with washer and dryer. Dart board game. Comfy indoor and outdoor furniture.

True ocean front relaxation. Ideal for a couple's retreat. Watch the sun rise in a blaze of glory during coffee on the patio. Stroll on the beach or relax in the warmest salt water north of Virginia. Large lot, my personal cottage is on the same property, you are welcome to enjoy the whole space. Ideal for paddle boarding, sea kayaking, wind surfing etc. My mother tongue is English, and I have a working knowledge of French. Only weekly bookings during July and August, Saturday to Saturday.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful “Maquapit LAKE HOUSE.” A beautiful lake view oasis with private beach access, dock, fire pit and grill 4 Acre corner lot with a vast green lawn and almost continuous breeze The home is handicap accessible. We provide 2 air mattresses as well as the 2 large queen bedrooms. A fully equipped kitchen, and separate dedicated work space. The large lounge has three couches and a large big screen TV, opening onto a handicap accessible deck.
