Our charming studio guest suite includes a comfy queen bed, Roku TV, kitchen, and full bathroom. The suite has a private entry and patio.

The Deschutes River House is a truly unique getaway, set directly on the banks of the world-famous Deschutes River in Maupin, Oregon. The Overlook House with amazing view!

We chose to share our guesthouse primarily because the idea of sharing our stunning view appeals to us very much. We are so fortunate to have a view so special that we wanted to build a guesthouse for our friends and you! We designed our 600 square foot modern guesthouse with the intent of creating a very private honeymoon suite. It has expansive views of Hood River, Mt Hood, and our favorite view, looking directly down the gorge.

This memorable OFF GRID place is anything but ordinary! 14’x16’ Safari tent is adhered to a beautiful deck 4 1/2 feet off the ground to provide a territorial view of wildlife and the forest. It comes with a comfortable KING BED that awaits you and your loved one. Very romantic! Or come solo and get the bed all to yourself! Plenty of room to add a tent.$25 per person per day after 2 guests. Please bring bedding for extra guests.

Our beautiful rustic log and rock house is hidden away from it all on our private section of the White River Canyon.
