This apartment (three steps at entrance), is attached to our home; it has a warm and cozy living room/kitchenette, large bathroom with two separate bedrooms; lots of storage, in the country, just a few minutes from Murray (and Murray State University). Mermaid Cottage

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. We are located four houses up from marina , so a 5 minute walk. Also 2 beautiful walking trails a park with playground and beach. This has a galley kitchen and roomy sitting area. It is a studio with a beachy flair! Bring your beach towels and kayaks and there’s room for a boat too or rent one! A 1/2 mile to many restaurants and water park. There’s also a canopy with out door sitting area.

Direct access to private boating and swimming dock, kayaking, paddle boating, smore making..... What more can you ask for......... Oh and we are pet friendly!!! The dock is just a short walk from the home unlike a lot of others in the area with very steep hills. This property does not have tons of steps so it definitely makes it easier when bringing your wagons and coolers down. There are patio stones to help with the walk if you would prefer those.
