The home is perfectly split with two bedrooms, 1 bath and family room upstairs and additional 3 bedrooms, 1 bath with extra family room downstairs. Screened in patio overlooking lake view with TV. Large, partially covered deck with steps that lead down to the dock. Large fire pit area for smores, extra outdoor sectional with fire pit table for lounging. Our home is directly across the bay from the beautiful Lake Barkley Resort where you can put in 18 holes of golf, take the kids horseback riding, or relax with a few cocktail in the restaurant or bar.

Lakefront home with private 2 slip dock

This private vacation home on Lake Barkley have beautiful views of the lake and has lots of wildlife viewing opportunities. This property also includes use of a 2 slip private dock at the end of the Rockcastle bay. This beautiful home is located on 10 acres and is on a private drive. The dock is only 150 yards from the back door! ATTENTION!! The dock is only accessible from the water during the summer pool levels. Summer pool is usually April until Early August but dates vary.

The whole family is invited! This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom lake home on 2 acres has plenty of space for all. Enjoy the spacious, open living area with oversized sectional sofa and and fully stocked kitchen with lots of space to entertain. The covered back porch is our favorite place for morning coffee or an afternoon bbq while watching our favorite tv sport. All of this within a few minutes of 3 different marinas.... Big Bear Resort, Malcolm Creek and King Creek.

This one of a kind, rustic Ducks Unlimited tiny home with unforgettable lake views makes you feel as if you are living in the trees. With lake access off the Duck House dock, extra parking for boats as well as a charging outlet, and abundant wildlife including ducks and eagles, fisherman and outdoor lovers will feel right at home. We also have a coffee bar, outdoor television, large refrigerator, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and so much more!
