WELCOME to MAMI WATA HOUSE The cosy house with its own pool is a 5-minute walk from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, offering direct access to the most prized stretch of the beach. All three rooms are ensuite, lovingly furnished, and offer enough space to feel at home. We offer various vegetarian and vegan breakfast options for an excellent start to the day. A fully kitted kitchen allows you to cook at home, however, you will find great restaurants and beach bars nearby. Karibu!

These are the perfect option for couples wanting to enjoy all our beachfront facilities at a 'value for money' rate, which also includes a Full Breakfast at the Snackbar. A popular choice for Kite Surfers or Scuba divers, with JC Kiteschool & Turtle Dive Center both operating from Watamu Beach Cottages. *We offer a variety of other unique accommodation choices at our beachfront resort.

JamboHouse Lamu - external bathroom, ground floor

JamboHouse Lamu is a small guesthouse in Lamu Town. We are not a 5 star resort - we offer budget accommodation with clean rooms and lots of information to make your stay in Lamu as good as possible. We have 3 rooms with integrated bathroom and 2 rooms with private external bathroom. Our delicious breakfast is already included. We have free wifi internet for our guests and during the day free coffee/tea. On arrival we serve a Welcome Drink, give a map of Lamu and plenty of useful information.

2 communicating bedrooms (also available individually) in guest wing of private residence - formerly a boutique hotel - situated on 5 acres of magnificent land.
