Our cozy coastal condo is a relaxing retreat. You can be as busy or as lazy as you’d like. Some visits we just sit back, relax and enjoy the view. Other times we take long walks, chat with those clamming or crabbing right off of the shore. Our favorite place for cocktails and live entertainment is just a 3 minute walk around the corner, The Snug Harbor. We hope you enjoy this little slice of paradise as much as we do!!! ***Please note that our condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.

Our private Art Deco suite overlooking Devil’s Lake is both refined and whimsical. Your distinct space within our home boasts an enticing king bedroom, chic lounge with queen hide‑a‑bed, and a compact galley kitchen with under‑counter fridge, induction burner, convection oven/microwave, ice maker, coffee maker, electric tea pot, and cookware. The private, sunken courtyard entrance is tranquil & romantic. Additional guests $35/night each. Space not suitable, nor available for children under 12.

Our Little Beach House is a 1,546 sq. ft. beautiful new home built in June 2019 in Gleneden Beach (nestled between Lincoln City and Depoe Bay). Beach Access 3 minute walk at the end of our street. Dig your toes in the sand and enjoy the quiet, peaceful beach or walk to the nearby shops, restaurants, Spa, or Golf. This 3 bedroom & 2 1/2 bath features two master suites, a gourmet kitchen, custom cabinetry and countertops. Everything is NEW from furniture, mattresses, to linens. Yard fenced.

"The Eagles Nest" Cozy Cottage by the Bay-

Welcome to our cozy cottage! We would be happy to invite you into our home! It sits on the Siletz Bay and looks out onto the water and Salishan Spit. From the backyard, you will see eagles, osprey, otters, and the occasional seal. Chill out by the fire pit overlooking the water, or take a soak in the hot tub and star gaze! There is no light pollution, so on a clear night, frequent shooting stars can be seen! Feel free to say hello to our Kitty, Coco! She may be around hanging out.

This recently remodeled 1-bedroom ground-level condo is located in the adorable Taft District of Lincoln City. Enjoy ocean views from the large windows, outdoors on the deck, or walk down to the beach in 3 minutes. Walk to great restaurants, brewpubs, food trucks, beaches, tide pools, the bay, shopping, glass blowing, and spa! Just a short drive away to coastal favorites and attractions including the Lincoln City Casino and Outlets (10min), Depoe Bay (15min), and Newport (30min).

Rustic mother-in-law cottage connected by a breezeway to the main house. This quaint cottage is a studio with a queen size bed, kitchenette with microwave, hotplate, coffee pot, and mini refrigerator. Cable TV and internet, located on 6 acres just 1 mile from the historic Taft district which boasts several restaurants, shopping, the Jennifer Sears Glass Studio where you can watch and make your own glass floats, and of course the beach! And by the way...we are dog friendly!!!

Lil Nantucket by the Sea

A 1940's Beach Cottage located on the Salishan Bay in Lincoln City. A short walk and your toes are in the sand. The home features a cozy gas fireplace, new windows and laminate floors. The home is decorated in beach theme. Even on a gray day the large south facing windows bring in bright light. Hear the ocean at night with the window cracked open or sit outside on the deck having your morning coffee. Well behaved pets are welcome at $40.00 or enjoy the hot tub for $40.00.

A quick 1 minute walk to an exclusive park that is for neighborhood guests. Includes 2 play structures, sand volleyball and fire-pit. 5 minute walk to Beach.

Siletz Riverhouse - We are Unique! Let's Talk!

Dock closed! It's summer on Siletz River which can be fun, but with a caveat. Guests may still enjoy the house and deck, but without access to our dock or river from the house due to major floods in December and March ‘26. We are in the process of river bank reclamation, but it will not be completed by your requested dates. Also, we are a remote location without Internet, WiFi, or cell service, but offer peace and quiet instead.
