Generous living and dining areas with fantastic views of the Guadalupe River adorned with cypress trees. Fully-equipped kitchen with coffee station. River Oaks Lodge Main House is located between Ingram and Hunt. Two guest houses can be added on a separate listing. Guests have access to a private dam-controlled river (always water) and kayaks.

Cabin can sleep 8-10 guests, but currently there is no running water for kitchen, bathrooms, laundry ... to be repaired soon ... there IS bottled water and ice ... cabin is available for emergency personnel for search efforts for a discount ... accepting normal bookings for September and beyond on a case-by-case basis.
