The unit has a twin daybed with a trundle and a queen bed all in the same 10’ x 14’ room. 12 minutes from SeaWorld, and 12 minutes from Six Flags. Centrally located near a bustling shopping area with quick access to a variety of restaurants and parks. This is an attached, private apartment to my duplex style house. Check out time 11 am. Charming 100+ yr old ranch house on private acreage with great views. Large patio & fenced back yard are great for kids/pets. Excellent star gazing. Wildlife feeders. We use this home ourselves and have young kids, so it is stocked better than most rentals and (relatively) kid friendly. Near Lost Maples Park (less than 10 min), Garner Park (30 min), Utopia (10 min), Leakey (20 min), Medina (20 min).
