Relax in luxury as you enjoy this modern and comfortable home planned with you in mind. Completed in 2025 - everything is new! We furnished the house with all the things we love and want in a rental. You can dock your boat in 12 feet of water at our dock. Perfect location for fishing, kayaking and swimming. Two living spaces with smart tv's. Now you can enjoy the fire pit and outdoor shower.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this home. This spacious two bedroom, two bath home gives easy access to dining, shopping, and Interstates. The home also comes with a full kitchen, exercise room, and small office with a queen size pull out couch. This house is connected by a garage to the house of the owner's, plenty of privacy but owner's are available. No animals are allowed in the home, if an animal is brought in the home a $600 cleaning fee will be assessed.
