Here you will find custom built in cabinetry, new flooring, exposed wooden beams, built in full size bed, a sparkling fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, gas stove and washer and dryer. My tiny space is not a stand alone building. It’s a converted apartment with the idea of turning dreary into stunning. Water views and two minutes to the bus stop. Walking distance to town. The apartment is a first floor unit of a family home, with a private entrance. It does not have stairs, inside or outside. There is a small step into the bathtub. Off street parking. An optional unit (Cedar Suite) with an adjoining door is available to rent with one queen bed and two twin beds. The owners are local and have a shop located below the unit.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Stays exceeding 14 days require a signed lease agreement and security deposit.

Our apartment is a basement 2 bedroom, down 12 stairs. We live in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, off street parking, Smart TV, and laundry facilities.There are two bedrooms, a single cot in the laundry space and a fold out chair bed.
