The Cozy Kraken was built in 2024 on the mountain side overlooking the Inside Passage with unmatched sunsets that make you feel like you’re on top of the world! Just a 13 minute drive to the airport we are on the north end of Ketchikan. Built with comfort in mind and high end appliances in the kitchen featuring BlueStar.

Waterfront Seaglass Getaway

This spacious high-end two bedroom apartment has its own entrance and water view deck with beach access. It is on the second floor of waterfront home. With two large bedrooms, a kitchen, and laundry, it’s everything you need for a comfortable stay. This is one of the nicest beaches in Ketchikan, just down from the public beach. Close to the marina for fishing.
