Beautiful remote southeast Alaska waterfront home

Our beautiful home is located off grid/off road, far from the crowds in southeast Alaska. You cannot drive to/from us. We transport you in our cabin cruiser on arrival/departure. Our fabulous location is ideal for for wildlife watching, nature walks along the trail in the forest, saltwater and freshwater fishing, canoeing/kayaking in the bay and adjacent river and self guided hunting for Black Bear and Deer and use of a 16ft skiff/25 hp outboard with saltwater fishing equipment, canoes/kayak.

this is a large residential lot at the end of Bunchberry lane off of South Point Higgins bordering on an undeveloped 400 acre coast guard reserve. Our yard has scattered cedar and spruce trees along with our many flower, vegetable and berry gardens, a small greenhouse and mini-barn. It is a quiet location away from the bustle of downtown, but close to most activities or work. The house is served with fiber cable so communication is good. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.

The living room couch has 3 recliners for taking naps. We provide pots/pans, oil, seasonings, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, freezer. Deck has dining area for 8. Blackstone Griddle, Charcoal Grill, chest freezer, Fire pit, Washer/Dryer. 12 guest maximum please
