Willkommen in unserem neu renovierten Souterrain‑Appartement in einem ruhigen Einfamilienhaus. 1 Schlafzimmer mit Überlänge-Doppelbett (180x220) und 1 Schlafzimmer mit französischem Bett (140x200), eine offene Wohnküche mit Essbereich, Schlafsofa, Fernseher, ein modernes Bad mit Walk‑in‑Dusche, WC und Waschmaschine. Trotz Souterrain‑Lage ist das Appartement hell, ruhig und bietet einen Gartenblick. Für Privatsphäre ist das Appartement durch eine lichtdurchflutete Glasschiebetüre abgetrennt.

Das Ferienhaus "Strickerl" ist an einem der schönsten Wanderorte der Welt gelegen, im Salzkammergut. Wir befinden uns auf einer Höhe von ca. 880 Metern, was unsere Gäste unmittelbar das Almfeeling spüren lässt. Bei uns haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Entspannung & die österreichische Idylle zu genießen. Ausgestattet mit 2 Schlafzimmern, einer Wohn-/ Essküche sowie Bad und WC, können Sie dieses Ferienhaus für die nächsten Tage Ihren Rückzugsort nennen. Ich freue mich auf Sie! Markus Neubacher

Holiday Home s'Mosern

The s’Mosern aims to be a home away from home for its guests - for a short getaway or an extended vacation. Whether you are looking to relax or seeking adventure, no place combines both quite as uniquely as the Ausseerland Salzkammergut. Far removed from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, s’Mosern offers plenty of privacy where you can unwind and let your soul recharge while enjoying panoramic views stretching from the mountains of the Totes Gebirge to the peaks of the Ennstal valley.

Large house, quite surrounding, beautiful garden

Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

Zentral gelegen, familien- & tierfreundlich: Eine liebevoll eingerichtete Dachgeschosswohnung mit persönlichem Charakter, Self-Check-in, gemütlicher Atmosphäre, Schlafcouch mit Komfortmatratze, Smart-TV, kostenloser Parkplatz, perfekter Ausgangslage zu Skigebieten, Naturerlebnissen und regionalen Highlights. Tourismusabgabe im Preis inkludiert (pro Person und Nacht EUR 2,50 ). Befahren des Nachbargrundstückes nicht gestattet (siehe Inseratbilder).

Ferienhütte Grimming

Unsere Ferienhütte liegt nur etwas abseits der nächsten Verkehrswege (Straße, Bahn) und doch mitten in der Natur am Fuße des mächtigen Grimming. Es sind nur ca. 30 km bis Schladming oder ins Ausseerland. Es gibt unzählige Möglichkeiten für Sportinteressierte, Naturliebhaber oder auch nur jene die mal die Seele baumeln lassen wollen ! Wir freuen uns auf Euren Besuch ! Ebenso wilkommen sind Hunde, die sich "puddelwohl" bei uns fühlen !

Haus Lärche

Ruhig und sonnig am Südhang des Kammspitz gelegen. Holzhaus mit ökologischen und naturbelassenen Baustoffen. Großzügige Terrasse mit Westausrichtung. Ganzjährig ideal als Ausgangspunkt zum Beispiel für Wanderungen, Mountainbike, Klettertouren, Alpinski, Langlauf oder Gleitschirm fliegen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich Küche, Essen, Sanitär und ein Schlafraum. Im Dachgeschoss sind weitere Schlafräume. Einfache Ausstattung.

Unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung für bis zu 4 Personen bietet den perfekten Mix aus traditionellem Charme und modernem Komfort. Auf unserem Bauernhof in ruhiger, idyllischer Lage nahe Liezen (8940) erwartet euch eine erholsame Auszeit mitten in der Natur – ideal für Familien, Naturliebhaber und Ruhesuchende. Genießt das Panorama der Pyhrn-Priel-Region und echtes Landleben in einem stilvoll renovierten Zuhause.

Panorama-Apartment Ennstalblick

Holiday apartment in a quiet, elevated location with a unique panorama over the Niederen-Tauern and the entire middle Ennstal. The apartment has its own entrance and can be reached via an external staircase directly from the parking lot. Large windows allow a great view of the surrounding mountains. The spacious terrace on the south side invites you to sunbathe or enjoy a cold beer in a cozy atmosphere.

Mountain Cabin with Panoramic View

Our Mountain Cabin recently passed to the 3rd generation of our family and is a renovated traditional cabin completely on its own on a sparsely populated mountain of a few milk farmers. This self-catering cabin offers its guests and their 4-legged companions ample space to relax, forget all the day-to-day stresses and enjoy the important things in life.
