Tiny Home Farm Stay

Spend the night in a Bluebird school bus, converted into a fully off-grid tiny home. Walk a field of wild flowers, play lawn games, enjoy an outdoor sauna, have a campfire, cozy up inside with the wood stove and wake up on the farm, next to chickens and donkeys. One double bed, and one single pull out couch. Kitchen area with fridge/freezer, propane oven/stove and coffee maker. Toilets and an outdoor shower are located in a common Silo area for guests - 100 yards from the bus.

This cozy and elegant villa is situated on 0.5 acre with spacious first-floor master bedroom suite, lovely sunroom, beautiful fenced backyard, fire pit and long driveway. Awesome location with lots of greenery, fall colours and fairy tale snow scenes! Everything is close by but you are in the peaceful countryside. 3 mins from HWY 400 and 30 mins from airport. No any kind of party is allowed here and no any street parking. Thanks for your great understanding!

Cozy Greenhills Stay - Close to Subway

A unique and tranquil getaway only 8 minutes away from Keelesdale subway station making it very easy to travel around Toronto. There are beautiful parks in the area, as well as York Recreation Centre with ammenities such as swimming pool and gym (free). It's also very easy and convinient to get to from the Airport on the UP Express train (this train also goes to Union station). We can't wait to have you!

Do you like camping without the camping? If so, hang out here at the farm for a day or the weekend. Enjoy the stars, have a sauna (ice bath extra $75.00) outdoor shower and a campfire, see deer, or wild turkeys or listen to nothing for a while. Feed the donkeys and chickens or grab a Muskoka chair and a book. It is your time to relax and unwind !
