We are on a main canal to open ocean. Near Rodriguez Key, Mosquito Bank, Christ of the Abyss and many sunken shipwrecks for exploring.

Mimosa Manor is a stunning newly renovated 4bedroom, 3bath home. Upstairs great room w/ vaulted celling's & plenty ofnatural lighting. The kitchen is a chefs dream. The master BDRM is equipped with an adjustable bed & spacious in suite bathroom. The downstairs, its own private living area w/2 bedrooms, bathroom & kitchenette and its own entrance. The home is equipped w WIFI & TVs in every room. The backyard has an 8-person hot tub, tiki hut and table for six. Cabana Club access included.

Perfect paradise is located in the heart of marathon. Only 9 minutes away from sombrero beach. Restaurant, supermarkets, ice cream, aquarium, and much more less than 7 minutes away. Public boat ramp is 5 minutes away. The house has plenty of parking spaces in the front to park your boat and cars. The home is fully stocked with everything you will need during your stay. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Located in Homestead, you are in the central location for outlets, The Florida Keys, and Miami. 2 floor apartment with the main bedroom on the second floor. Also located on the second floor is the bathroom and shower. All Televisions are brand new smart Tv's. Avocado Villas is a quiet neighborhood, and the house is surrounded with security cameras for your protection.
