Seabreeze Chalet is a newly renovated spa-like home just 4 houses from the sand. View exotic birds at the park across the street & enjoy gorgeous sunsets over the lagoon from your patio. The home is the entire first floor of a duplex, in a quiet beachside neighborhood; walking distance of shops, restaurants, & groceries with the convenience of being near all that Jacksonville Beach has to offer. You'll have 1-3 private parking spots (depending on use if downstairs unit (SeaSpray Chalet) on site.

Our little cottage has a so much to offer! The sunsets are stunning! The memories you will take home with you, will last a lifetime. Small but lives large is the best way to describe our beauty! Full kitchen, the bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with a walk in closet that provides plenty of room for your personal belongings. The full size and twin size pull out beds allow you to bring guest along. Need to work? Do it with a view or forget it and take a kayak out on the lake for some R&R.

Key Lime Cottage is located on the bay portion of Lake Santa Fe. This unique fully renovated private cottage sits directly on the lake. The cottage is equipped with all the essential amenities. It features a large waterfront screened porch, boat dockage with electric, complementary bicycles, kayaks, paddle boards and canoe. You will be within walking distance to the small town of Melrose. Lake Santa Fe is a spring fed recreational lake popular for swimming, fishing, boating and skiing.

We are next door to Rum Island Park which is a swimming spring, kayak and canoe pick up/ drop off/boat ramp location. It is a private cottage. 1 bdr Sleeps 4. 1 Bedroom with a sleeper sofa. You’ll love my place because of the location. The river is in the backyard. You can launch your personal canoe or kayak. Sit by the fire pit or enjoy the deck and cook out with friends and family. Enjoy an evening grilling out on the upper patio or spend the evening on the lower patio with the brisk breeze off the lake.

There are 2 springs both 5 minutes from the house, Salt Springs & Silver Glen Springs. Beautiful Juniper Springs, Silver Springs and Alexander Springs are all a hop, skip, and jump away. This fully loaded A frame is stocked with a shed full of fishing gear. Mosey down to the boathouse and try your luck fishing right in the backyard at the canal.
