The home features 3 bedrooms on the second floor, including a master bedroom with an en-suite shower, and 2 additional bedrooms sharing a bathroom in the corridor. Inside, you'll find a comfortable leather sofa, a 55-inch Smart TV (for Netflix and YouTube), and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms offer mountain views from the balcony, with seating to enjoy the sunrise and drinks. The house is part of the Khao Lak Homeplace compound, only 3 km from the main Khao Lak city, with easy access to Song-taews to get to the city. About the Home This rare 3-bedroom home offers a total area of 200 sqm and is fully furnished with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, dishwashing sink, toaster, rice cooker, kettle, utensils, wine opener, pots, frying pan, and more, so you can prepare both light and hearty meals. There is also an espresso coffee machine with coffee provided for you to enjoy throughout the day. For those working remotely, the home features an eco-friendly chair and work table, along with fiber-optic LAN cable (500/500 Mbps private internet) to ensure fast, reliable internet for long hours of work. 3. Location and Surroundings The home sits on the largest plot of land in the area (8,600 square feet or 800 square meters), adjacent to the tropical forest in the Khao Lak Bang Niang area. This corner lot offers an open view and is in a very quiet, peaceful setting, perfect for a relaxing stay. 4. Utilities Included Electricity and water are included in the booking, so you won’t have to worry about additional expenses during your stay. 5. Drinking Water We provide free drinking water through a high-quality filtration system (please note that tap water in Thailand is not potable). Also, the cooler machine with free 19L drinking water bottle supplied by well-known water supply company. 6. Swimming Pool Enjoy the 16-meter swimming lap pool, complete with sunbeds and a sunbathing area for sunset views. 7. You are allowed to use facilities such as swimming pools, gym, beachfront area, sunbeds, of our 2 hotels: Kokotel Lighthouse and Kokotel Montana. Please Note: As this property is a home for short and long-term rentals, not a hotel, there are a few services we do not provide: Cleaning Services We do not offer daily cleaning, but you can arrange cleaning for THB 2,000 per session (including linen and towel change). Cleaning services are provided through Kokotel Khao Lak Montana, and you can contact them directly for assistance. We do provide free weekly cleaning for booking more than 10 days. Breakfast We do not offer breakfast, but you can easily walk to the fresh market for a variety of options. Supplies We do not provide daily supplies such as tissues, garbage bags, etc. During your stay, you will need to visit the supermarket for these essentials. Conclusion: This home has 200 sqm in total usable area with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room and 1 full kitchen. It is very well furnished with a very comfortable mattresses and high-quality linens and towels. The mountain view balcony with seating is facing Khaolak Sunrise mountain (the most beautiful view). You will wake up with ozone oxygen from the opened panorama pool view. We do provide free strong Fiber Optic privately used Wi-Fi (500/500Mbps) at this home.
