Wanting to wake just a couple feet from the water with the best view of the lake? My two bedroom lake condo is just that as there is no rental on the lake closer to the water. Great for all size families and friend gatherings- Bedroom 1 has a comfortable queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a nice queen and full beds. It is a short walk from the city beach, public dock, skatepark, sand volleyball court, multiple playgrounds and picnic shelters and across the street access to walking paths. It is perfect for boating, fishing, and swimming in the summer and ice fishing, skating, snowshoeing, and nordic skiing in the winter! A beautiful sunset view and all day relaxing year-round!

Newly constructed studio apartment above our garage. Calm, cozy and sunny interior in a quiet neighborhood setting. We have only lived in Fairmont a short time and we love it! It has a "Hallmark" town feel. You may meet our Labradoodle in the backyard - she is very friendly and will want to say Hi. We look forward to hosting you in this city of 5 Lakes!
