SuiteVista is close to Beautiful Mill Hill Park in a quiet neighborhood with a view of mountains and mighty trees. Just a 30 min walk or 6 min drive to Goldstream (the heart of Langford). Royal Roads University is only a 15 min bike ride away. The evenings are so peaceful here. During the day you hear the neighboring sounds sometimes but still peaceful most of the time. SuiteVista was just renovated. SuiteVista has its own laundry room and an electric fireplace. WiFi, Cable and Parking included.

For travelers or mainland commuters, Victoria International Airport and the Swartz Bay ferry terminal are just moments away. And outdoor adventures, by land or by sea, are outside your door with close access to water sports, hiking, biking, and running trails all waiting for you to discover the natural beauty of Vancouver Island.

Brentwood Garden Suite

The Brentwood Garden — basement suite is located in a quiet neighbourhood at the back of the house with a beautiful garden and patio. A infant is welcome to sleep in a beautiful baby wicket basket with stand. Unfortunately, the suite is not wheelchair accessible. Suitable for 2 persons. The suite and upper - hosts floor share one heating and cooling system with a thermostat on main floor. Our guests are able to control a comfortable temperature in the suite by adjusting ceiling vents.

Unwind in your private suite with a walkout entrance on the lower level of our family home, nestled on 2 acres beside Elk Lake Park. Centrally located, we’re 15-20 minutes from the ferry, airport, and downtown, 10 minutes to Butchart Gardens, and 5 minutes to great hiking and biking. Nearby, you’ll find charming farms and restaurants. The closest bus stop is 2 km away. Your suite includes a fridge, microwave, Keurig, and kettle for basic meal prep. No smoking or scented products, please!

It is in walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, liquor stores, walking trails, lake trout fishing, children’s playgrounds, and more. A light, complimentary continental breakfast starts your day before adventuring out to enjoy west coast attractions that are just a short drive or bus ride away. Our quiet family neighbourhood is only 15.8 km (10 miles) or 25 minutes to the bustling downtown.

Minutes to Butchart Gardens, Mount Work, Brentwood Bay and Gowland Todd Inlet and 20 minutes to downtown Victoria. Close to the ferries, Sidney, the airport, seasonal open air markets, fairs and wineries and access to Island highways. Enjoy your own private outside entrance.

Marina boathouse

The care takers pier house is the most unique way to embrace Brentwood Bay . Being the oldest private marina in BC you will sense its rich history on the walls of the house. On the peir you will find boat builders and canvas makers and the largest paddle sport operation on the island. Brentwood spa is a 4 minute walk down the path , seahorse cafe is next door and butchart gardens is in the same bay. All who come to Brentwood bay love the little island feel at portside marina .
