Cozy Forest Cottage on Vermont's Catamount Trail

Only an hour from downtown Burlington, and 40 minutes from Sugarbush, this post & beam tiny house sits on a x-country ski/snow shoe trail, where it crosses French Settlement Rd. in the mountain town of Lincoln. Built in 2021 for guests, friends & family, this cozy cottage has all the amenities one appreciates, when living in the deep north country. After a day of outdoor recreation or local touring, kindle a wood fire in the wood stove, settle in with a good book or chill with a bottle of wine.

Escape the real world at this charming and cozy cottage tucked away in a corner of 17 acres of rolling grassy hills. Take in the unmatched views of the hollow from the living room or wrap-around porch. Endless nearby trails for hiking/biking/xc skiing, and Rochester's stores, cafes, and restaurants are less than 10 minutes away. Grocery store, berry picking, lakes, swimming holes, golfing, restaurants, breweries, and wineries all within an easy drive. Killington/Sugarbush both ~35 minutes away.

Charming Mountain Cottage **NO CLEANING FEE**

Enjoy a charming cottage on the side of a hill in beautiful Weston, Vermont. You'll have the entire building to yourself (it's a stand-alone structure) to come and go as you please. My goal is to provide a five-star experience for five-star guests. I think little details like Ralph Lauren bath sheets, freshly-pressed bed linens, and duvet covers that are laundered between each guest make a difference. If you agree, you're probably the type of guest I'd enjoy hosting! Motorcycle friendly!!

The Cottage in East Poultney

The Cottage is located in historic East Poultney next to the old Poultney schoolhouse (now historical society). Just over 1 mile to the town of Poultney. The sidewalk starts (or ends how you look at it) in front of the cottage which leads to town. Great for a walk or bike ride. Pico, Killington and Bromley Mountains all less than an hour drive. Plentiful fishing and boating opportunities. 3 miles to Lake St Catherine, under 10 miles to Lake Bomoseen. Slate Valley bike trails surround the area.

Truly everything is a Stone’s Throw away.

Just 5 miles from Woodstock, this bright two-story cottage sits on a peaceful 20-acre oasis of woods, pasture, and hill views. Especially cozy in winter, it’s quiet, warm, and welcoming year-round. The cottage has two bedrooms (queen upstairs, full downstairs), one bath with shower, and an open kitchen/living/dining area. February stays include a warm Arrival Comfort setup and late checkout. Guests using only one bedroom receive a 10% discount, applied after checkout (not combinable).

Vermont Hillside Garden Cottage

Open the French door to views of a sprawling garden and rolling fields, alight with fireflies in the spring and bursting with color in the fall. Warm yourself by the wood burning stove after winter fun or unwind with a local microbrew by the fire pit, listening to the Whippoorwills on a summer evening. Beautiful in all seasons, this modern, comfy cottage is the perfect place to get away from it all.

Ogden's Mill Farm

Private guest house situated on over 250 acres, with fully equipped gourmet kitchen and great views of quiet fields and valley. Pond with diving board for swimming in the summer. Giant sledding hill is a favorite of children and adults alike. Trails on property for hiking, xc- skiing, and snowshoeing. 15 mins to Woodstock VT. 45 mins to Killington,Pico and Okemo. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Hanover and Norwich VT 20 mins. Please note not handicapped accesible.

Renovated one bedroom, one bath guest cottage in Ludlow, Vermont. Prime ski location, 12 houses down from the Mountain Road entrance to Okemo Base Lodge. Anything you need can be found a short walk from the front door including a wide variety of restaurants, shops and bars for Après Ski. The Smithy Cottage at Consider Bardwell Farm

The historic “Smithy" at Consider Bardwell Farm is the original building used for blacksmithing by Consider Bardwell, himself, in the 1800s. Complete with brand-new, architect-designed kitchen and bathroom, wood-burning fireplace, and stone patio for outdoor grilling and dining, the Smithy is beautiful inside and out. Enjoy meeting our goats and all the local goodies and products that we can stock in your cottage.
