一組限定、一棟貸なのでご家族またはご友人と自然の中でのびのび過ごしたい方に。囲炉裏でのお食事、(持込のみ)珈琲工房も併設してるので豆の販売、宿泊のお客様にはコーヒーの提供もさせて頂きます。なお2～12歳のお子様はチェックアウト時に1人2200円返金させて頂きます。 We opened the "Kominka accommodation" in Jan 2022. Our inn is a remodeling of a 100 year old Japanese traditional house, and you can touch Japanese tradition through our inn. Also I have been an English teacher for whole my life, so pls do not hesitate to ask details in advance. note; we can pay back 2200JPY for 2 to 12 years per kids when checked out.

"SUMIRE AOI HOUSE" is a small Japanese house. The basic structure of the house was designed in 1952 by Makoto Masuzawa, a leading architect in Japan. And the house was redesigned by Makoto Koizumi in 1999. I had lived 20 years with my family. The sense of space by the south-facing large windows and the stairwell, it will make you attracted. The apartment is on the east side of Tokyo since 1969. It is Japanese Quiet residential area a little old apartment. 6min to subway station from Apartment. Shinjuku, Shibuya, Roppongi is about 50 minutes by subway. Make sure to confirm the location of the apartment and make a reservation.

母屋に隣接した離れを、小さなゲストハウスにしました。 少しだけ昭和の香りの、素朴な一組限定の宿です。お2人目からは、4500円です。お友達とでも、お一人でも、お気軽にご利用ください。☆敷地内に犬と猫がおり、動物が苦手な方は残念ですがご利用は難しいです。 ☆駐車場から、車が通れない細道を2分歩きます、坂や階段があります。(三段の階段が、二回あります) ☆裏が森なので、気をつけて掃除していますが、虫が苦手な方は残念ですがご宿泊は難しいと思います。 ☆宿から徒歩圏内に買い物ができるスーパーやコンビニがございません。お買い物を済ませてからのチェックインがお勧めです。 少々不便ですが、静かな環境です。小さな別荘感覚でお気軽にご利用ください。 ☆バーベキュー用具の貸し出し、2000円です。夜10時までには片付けをしてお部屋にお入り下さい。 ※食材は料金に含まれません。
