Anemosyrma

Anemosyrma is a traditional beach house in the magnificent island of Milos. Located in the small picturesque village of Agios Konstantinos, Anemosyrma (“anemos” greek word for wind & “syrma” for Melian boat house) is actually the upper floor of a traditional “syrma”, where people used to drag and store their boats to be protected from the sea. The apartment of 50m2 in an open space plan, has a balcony overlooking the sea and it preserves a modern country style featuring unique Cycladic elements.

Το σπίτι μας διαθέτει ιδιωτικό πάρκιγκ με στέγαστρο. Κατάλληλο για ζευγάρια, οικογένειες και παρέες που επιθυμούν να ζήσουν κάποιες από τις πιο ξέγνοιαστες διακοπές τους σε μια ήσυχη τοποθεσία. Kimolian Monopolis - Alyki House.

The old carpentry of the island became three small - puppet - houses, with fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV, Wifi, comfortable Candia beds, spacious balconies and a large garden with a well and our boat. The space is located in a quiet environment and is offered for relaxation and rejuvenation. It overlooks the white houses of the village and the wider hinterland of our Island. It is close to a public car park (100m) and a bus stop (2m).

Φιλοξενούμε σε δύο ακόμη σπίτια στην Κίμωλο. Vroulidi Makropounta Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη και όμορφη γειτονιάσε απόσταση πέντε λεπτών με τα πόδια από το κέντρο του χωριού. Δίπλα στην στάση του λεωφορείου, απέναντι από το mini market Kiki και πάνω από το δωρεάν δημοτικό πάρκινγκ. Η ταxύτητα του internet είναι πολύ καλή και πολλοί επισκέπτες έρχονται και για εξ' αποστάσεως εργασία.

Thavma Kimolos is a charming waterfront fisherman’s house that accommodates up to two guests. Inside, there’s a queen-size bed, ideal for a couple. The house features a bathroom with both indoor and outdoor showers, as well as an indoor kitchen and an outdoor dining area. The interior covers 46 square meters, with an additional 41 square meters of outdoor space to relax and enjoy the view.

"Armira" Boat House in Firopotamos

Armira Boat House is located literally a few steps away from the sea in the small, remote, traditional seaside community of Fyropotamos. Originally built by my ancestors in the early 1900s to serve as a fisherman’s cottage and boat house traditionally known as “sirma”, it is a unique example of Cycladic traditional architecture and is one of the very few of its kind.
