Conveniently located in Puyallup right next to the fairgrounds off of hwy 167, come stay for a few nights or ask me about long term rental options! 2 bedrooms, main with King sized bed. Kitchen w/ stove, oven, fridge & freezer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dining room area 2 reclining chairs & 60” TV & 4 bed bunkhouse. RV is on my property on top of the hill behind the Washington State fairgrounds. Lots of fun local restaurants, bars & summertime farmers markets within walking distance!

Small tiny house on private property. Enjoy a quiet setting in a space with light accents, feels nice and cozy. PLEASE READ** COMPOSTING toilet is eco friendly. The toilet only requires you to turn a handle to “flush”. It has no smell and is suitable for every day use. This toilet uses coconut fibers to breakdown waste. It needs to be emptied once a month. SHOWERS are limited to 3-5min of hot water. Laundromat 10min away. You will have your own parking spot, deck and some deck storage.

Bring your trail or mountain bikes and get on the Snoqualmie Valley Trail. No need to drive to trail head. After your day of adventure, take a soak in the hot tub. Walk to town for dinner and drinks or BBQ under the Gazebo and make your own cocktails. Play some cards, work a puzzle or make some s’mores. Sit around the fire table and share stories.

Stay next to farm life with a pot belly pig, chickens, rabbits, a couple duck's and a few very friendly golden retrievers. Hang out on the patio and grill food or enjoy the fire pit and gazebo and watch bats fly through the trees above, all while beneath a stary sky. Great for kids. Some road noise .🐔🐥. A couple roosters escape often , so you will be hearing from them .
