Relax with the whole family at this 3 bed, 1.5 bath farm house. Perfect spot for a quiet and fun family trip. 250 yards from the Whistle Stop Trail for snowmobiling, snowshoeing and x-country skiing. 30-45 minutes from 5 ski areas(Titcomb, Sugarloaf,Sun River, Black Mountain and Lost Valley) 100 yards from the Androscoggin River and 1/4 mile to where you can drop in a Kayak or canoe. Walk to a waterfall. Huge yard for family fun, parking etc! Ride your ATV/snow machine straight to trails!

Your Maine Base Camp

You have full access to this spacious house. Enjoy the large kitchen with a food prep island, ample counter space, basic cookware utensils and ingredients for cooking and baking. The dining room table comfortably seats eight. Relax in the living room with a TV monitor for streaming your preferred services, comfy furniture, and a pellet stove. One bedroom is on the ground floor and two upstairs. Living room is 4 steps down from other ground floor areas. There are no TV monitors in bedrooms.

Renovated circa 1920 carriage house in a quaint New England college town. Eight-minute walk to busy downtown with restaurants, bars, shops, and grocery store. Elegant contemporary style. Open concept downstairs with sofa, daybed (napping in the sun!), and chef-designed kitchen. Second level with two queen beds and small balcony. Adjoins miles of walking trails and forest, full of wildlife. Less than 5-minute drive to a 1.5 mile running trail along the Sandy River, with refreshing swimming.

Situated at the end of a dead end street, Rockstar Quarry House is a place where you can relax and unwind with Deer regularly grazing right in the backyard. Walk to Fotter's grocery, Backstrap Grill, both just a stone's throw away. Here, in the center of Stratton, in the western mountains of Maine, an 8 mile drive to Sugarloaf and 27 miles to Saddleback. Whether you're here to ski, cycle, swim, snowmobile, hike or anything else you can think of, this region will provide the opportunity.

Mahoney Manor

My father executed his vision and built Mahoney Manor from the ground up. What started as a "camp" eventually became his full-time home before his untimely death in 2018. Nestled in the woods at the base of Ira Mountain just minutes from Sugarloaf and along the Carrabassett River, Emmett created a sanctuary. He spent the last years of his life "developing" two empty lots into a Zen-like nature trail system with hand made bridges and benches perfect for 4-season walking or snowshoeing.

We take great pride in providing a stay that you will remember for years to come. Our moose house is well-stocked with all essential amenities and a few extra surprises! Quaint, convenient neighborhood walking distance to UMF and downtown Farmington. Franklin Memorial Hospital is a short drive. Sugarloaf and Rangeley areas are 45 minutes. WIFI and smart TVs. (No cable.) Washer/Dryer with detergent available. Great place to stay for exploring Maine or a visit with your family and friends.

Beautiful home on Wyman Lake

This large one bedroom two bath "camp" is located on Wyman Lake directly off Rt. 201, approximately 8 minutes north of Bingham. This is a wonderful location to unwind and decompress. The absolute perfect place to ice fish with the kids. Watch the flags from the window or while your roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. Try your hand at smoking meat on the pellet smoker and propane grill combo. Bring your snowshoes (or rent ours) and take your dog on an adventure around the lake.

Lakeshore Point is the last house on a private dirt road with all the amenities you're looking for- Full kitchen, wifi, outdoor shower and fire pit.

The entire house is yours, easy Self Entry Doors, located on US Rt 2 and Androscoggin River, nestled in a Mountain Valley. Summer activities: Appalachian Mountain Hiking (Grafton Notch State Park) , Mountain Biking, River Public Boat launch, Kayak & Paddle Board Rentals, Gem & Mineral Museum, Golf Courses, Covered Bridges great Restaurants and Breweries. Winter activities: Ski Resorts Sunday River (18 mi), Black MT (12 mi) & MT Abram (16 Mi).

The Cozy Cottage is a true gem! Conveniently located less than a mile from downtown Kingfield and only 20 minutes to Sugarloaf Mountain. It's pet-friendly, sleeps 4 adults comfortably & has all the amenities you need after a day in the mountains! Close to tons of trails for snowmobile, ATV, cross country, hiking, mountain biking, etc. The town of Kingfield offers restaurants, local shops, a grocery store, gas stations, etc.
