This May Be the Nicest Suite in Jacksonville

Tired of taking out the trash, and stripping the bed at most Airbnbs? Our quiet and cozy suite is centrally located in the historic Springfield district, next to downtown Jacksonville. This unit is furnished with a queen bed, a queen pull-out sofa bed, and an amazing La-Z-Boy recliner perfect for naps. The bathroom is updated, with excellent water pressure. And, the front porch is exclusive for our guests. There is a stocked Keurig, as well as a refrigerator and microwave, but no kitchen.

Stay at Seven Palms Retreat on 2nd Avenue in Jacksonville Beach for a quiet getaway. This 2-bedroom, 1-bath home is just 7 blocks from the beach, a quick 5-minute bike ride to the sand. Local shopping, Parks, bowling and restaurants are within walking distance. Sleeps 6 guests with a queen bed, 2 twin beds, and a pull-out full-size sofa bed. Relax by the fire pit on the back paver patio and grill outdoors. Our completely renovated home ensures a clean and welcoming environment for your trip.

You can play some games or puzzles if you want to stay inside or Crochet on the front lawn to enjoy some fresh air & sunshine. We are 2.5 Miles from the WW Ranch Motorcross park. We don't have anything new but I can assure you it will be clean. Sorry we are not suited for children or pets, 2 guests Max. and check-in must be before 9PM.
