Serendipity offers a stylish retreat with a breathtaking vista of the Shotover River and Queenstown Hill. The apartment is conveniently located in Arthur's Point and just five minutes drive to central Queenstown and the Coronet Peak Ski Area. On your doorstep you have access to Moonlight Track, the famous Shotover Jet boat ride or Canyon brewery for lunch and a cold beer. The bus stop is two minutes walk away with regular services to Coronet Peak, Arrowtown and Queenstown centre.

Central Queenstown is a 30-40 min walk (steeply downhill). The apartment is on the lower level of our property, and has great WiFi for working. Situated 10 mins from the township of Winton, central Southland. We have baby lambs skipping around the paddocks lots of fun to watch from the hut deck. All the basics you need, bed, chair, table, kitchen, bathroom and then your own outside eating area and bath on the deck under the veranda.
