House 20m from the beach(Syros island)

The house lacated in the south of the island , from where you can start your excursions , either by car or by public transportation. There is a bus stop near the house and connection between Hermoupolis(the capital town), the port and other villages and beaches. Feel like home and enjoy your stay at my place !

The House of the Setting Sun

Traditional storied house with entresol located at the picturesque side of Kini beach, 5 meters from the sand. Includes air conditioning, a solar water heater, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, as well as a large veranda with a direct view on the sunset. Can host up to 6 persons. Cafeterias, mini markets, restaurants and the bus stop, as well as the Aquarium, are all in close proximity. Recommended for couples, families and friend groups looking for a quality vacation at the countryside.

Διαθέτει 3 υπνοδωμάτια με δικό τους κλιματισμό, 3 μπάνια, 1 κουζίνα, 1 τραπεζαρία, στην πρόσοψη έχει θέα στη θάλασσα, υπάρχει μπαλκόνι που βλέπει στην αυλή και στην πίσω πλευρά αίθριο με βεράντα. Βρίσκεται στον 1ο όροφο των καταλυμάτων. Φιλόξενο περιβάλλον σε μια ολάνθιστη αυλή, με δημόσιο πάρκινγκ.

Μονοκατοικία πλήρως εξοπλισμένη σε παραθαλάσσια περιοχή με ησυχία και ιδιωτικότητα, ανάμεσα σε δύο υπέροχες παραλίες του νησιού μας τον Άγιο Ρωμανό και την Απηγανια!!Φανταστική θέα!!!!Στην παραλία του Αγίου Ρωμανού υπάρχει πρόσβαση με αυτοκίνητο αλλά και από μονοπάτι (5 λεπτά) και διαθέτει οργανωμένο beach bar, ταβέρνα και καφετέρια.Η παραλία της Απηγανιας είναι παρθένα, μη οργανωμένη και έχει πρόσβαση μόνο από μονοπάτι (5-10λεπτα)!!Διατίθεται θέση στάθμευσης εντός της ιδιοκτησίας.

Casa Viento

Open the balcony door, breathe in the Aegean air and enjoy the endless blue. Ferries bound for the port come by within "touching" distance, as the scenery is completed by the islands of Tinos and Mykonos. The apartment is right above the only beach in town (Asteria), next to the picturesque Vaporia area. A just 10' walk will take you downtown, passing by the impressive Ag. Nikolaos church and the stunning Apollon theatre. Lastly, make sure to catch the sunrise, at least once!

The 1870 listed neoclassical town house lies in the heart of Ermoupolis. The entire second floor, saved for our guests, is a spacious and sunny suite with a spectacular view over the city and the Aegean sea. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with access to a balcony and a kitchen. On the third floor is a huge terrace. The space is perfect for families, couples or a group of friends and everything is at a very short walking distance.

Στον πρώτο όροφο του συγκροτήματος, μαγεύει με την μοναδική του θέα στον κόλπο της Βάρης και του Αχλαδιού. Απομόνωση και ηρεμία σε ένα σπίτι μόλις 100 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα. Μείνετε με όλη την οικογένεια σε αυτό το υπέροχο κατάλυμα για στιγμές χαράς.

The traditional stone building house is located only 200 m. from the entrance of Ano Syros (where all the vehicles stopped). Few metres from the house at the area "Piatsa", you will find many cafes, bistros, restaurants and shops for your buys. The stone building keep the house cold even the most high temperatures of the summer days!

The house is a traditional Cycladic architecture indoor and outdoor, placed next to the unique beach, Fabrika. The view of the house is incredible. The distance from the beach is less than 100 metres!!!
