Located in a safe, quiet, and green neighborhood, but you are not far from the heart of Seattle.

The Karate Garage is a peaceful retreat, 6 miles from the heart of Redmond. The studio is in a detached garage that overlooks beautiful sunrises, the barn, pastures & the occasional deer stopping by to say "Hi". To ensure a warm & inviting stay, we've stocked up with good coffee, flannel sheets & lots of pillows & blankets. We want to be upfront & transparent about this to set accurate expectations. Our weekdays start at 6.30/7am and you may hear us walking in the kitchen if you're sensitive to noise.

Our air conditioned newly constructed Backyard Bungalow was finished in January 2016. NO PETS OR ANIMALS ALLOWED!!

Detached Kirkland Carriage House

Our converted detached garage has loft-like details like a metal ceiling, chalk paint and plywood walls. It is on Crestwoods park, the Forbes Creek stairs, the cross Kirkland corridor, and downtown Kirkland and downtown Juanita ( a little over a mile - long walk or short uber ride). The little house has a kitchenette with fridge, toaster oven, sink, and induction burner and pots and pans.
