Bei der Gestaltung des Chill Home war es unser Hauptziel, einen kleinen Rückzugsort zu schaffen, der echte Entspannung ermöglicht – gemütlich und heimelig. Trotz seiner Größe von nur 27 m² enthält er alles, was für einen kurzen oder auch längeren Aufenthalt notwendig ist. Wir hoffen, dass unsere Gäste das Chill Zone-Gefühl erleben werden! Jeder unserer Gäste erhält einen kostenlosen privaten Parkplatz, und die Wohnung ist zudem mit Internetzugang und einem kostenlosen Netflix-Konto ausgestattet.

Welcome to your new home, 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom house - Vila Grad Bled :) Close to everything, but in peacefully area. It will take you 3 minutes walk to old center of Bled, 6 minutes walk to lake Bled, a few minutes walk to Bled castle. There are some bikes free of charge to get to Bled's favourite attractions even faster and more enjoyable :) (bikes are not new) In front of house are 3 parking spaces.. Just cross the road and there is a big kids playground, you can watch them from house :)

Die geräumige Loggia mit Blick auf den Innenhof ist ideal zum Entspannen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal. Den Bahnhof und die Innenstadt erreichen Sie nach 5-10 Gehminuten. Das wiedereröffnete Landesmuseum und das Konzerthaus sind 150-200 m entfernt.

Die Lage eignet sich perfekt für Wanderungen in der Natur und zum Schwimmen in umliegenden Seen. Einige Skigebiete befinden sich 40-60 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus hat ca. 60 m² und verfügt auch über eine Sauna.

Eine wunderschön eingerichtetes intimes Paradies mit Fernblick im ersten Stock für einen romantischen Aufenthalt. Von hier aus kann vom Einkauf über den Besuch von Kaffeehäusern und Restaurants bis zum Baden alles zu Fuß unternommen werden.

Ein Naturstammhaus mitten in der Natur und doch nur 2 Kilometer zum Wörthersee und 5 Kilometer bis in die Stadtmitte Klagenfurt. Der Golfplatz Seltenheim ist in 1 km zu erreichen.
