Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space situated in Zweikirchen, Liebenfels. This 60 sqm flat is part of the old Zweikirchen Pfarrhaus, which has been renovated in 2022. The apartment has a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a sunny private patio. Zweikirchen is a small village situated near mount Ulrichsberg, and it’s the perfect location for enjoying hiking, mountain biking, visiting the nearby lakes or skiing; the center of Klagenfurt is reachable in only twenty minutes by car.

Im Süden Klagenfurts befindet sich unser Apartment direkt über dem Reifenzentrum Süd. Es wurde 2023 komplett renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Das Apartment ist sehr zentral gelegen und bietet Platz für bis zu vier Personen. Lage: 2 km ins Zentrum, 1,6 km zum Wörtherseestadion und zum Messezentrum, direkt gegenüber ein McDonald`s, Supermarkt und Bushaltestelle, 5 km zum Strandbad und Europapark, Radweg Satnitz um die Ecke. Gratis Parkplätze sind direkt neben dem Eingang genügend vorhanden.

Das Appartement (26m²) mit großem Eckbalkon und direktem See-/Bergblick befindet sich zwischen Velden (5,5 km) und Pörtschach (3,2 km) am Wörthersee, an der Hauptstraße die rund um den See führt. Nur 350m entfernt, fußläufig gut erreichbar, liegt der öffentliche, kostenlose Seezugang (Toiletten, Umkleidekabinen vorhanden).
