4 bedroom, 2.5 bath on a 460 acre working cattle ranch. 3 miles of the Sprague River. Beautiful decorated home overlooking the Sprague River. Our home has a open and spacious layout with a large covered deck to enjoy the view. Seating and a Gas BBQ. Room to roam. Ten miles out of the town of Chiloquin, Or. with abundance of relaxation, fishing and hunting in the area. Property is 18 miles from the Yamsi Ranch with guided fly fishing and 40 miles from beautiful Crater Lake.

This is a simple 3 bedroom two bath manufactured home 1/2 mile off highway 97. 2 bedrooms are furnished and the 3rd bedroom is used as an office. We have great wifi. Crater Lake is close by...1/2 hour, There are Klamath and Agency Lakes close by with great fishing. Lots of bird watching opportunities from the home and surrounding area. We charge $15 per person per night after the first two guests. We also charge $15 per pet, and a $10 a day electricity fee. Thanks
