Located in the country with views of the famous pear orchards. Reconnect with nature in the breathtaking Applegate Valley while enjoying the comfort of our cozy covered wagon. Take a step back in time and create memories as our ancestors did on the Oregon trail in covered wagons. Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life & unwind in harmony with nature on the Applegate River. Enjoy the many nature trails that meander throughout the 12 acres on our farm. Whispering Trees Cozy Country Cottage

The "Whispering Trees Luxury Cottage" is your quiet, cozy country getaway just 2 miles from town, across the street from the Mad River and 5 miles from the beach. Cruising up the long driveway, you'll be welcomed by our mustang, and adorable donkeys. We welcome guests of all backgrounds and love making new friends. Smith River - Riverfront Retreat

Located on the beautiful Smith River*. Fully furnished. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Spacious living room with large windows providing beautiful views of the the river. Refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, blender, toaster, ironing board/iron, washer and dryer. Wifi, Roku with streaming channels (bring your login info for Hulu, Amazon, Netflix, etc). * river is not accessible from the home however there is access about 1 mile down the road. Please do not try to access river from our property.

The Bluebird House

Enjoy storm watching on the Oregon Coast in a unique way; be warm and cozy inside, feel the sway of the tree, and watch the waves crash below against the famous Samuel Boardman Corridor. Whether you are romatic love birds or a family of adventurers, you will love it! Property is set on seven acres of farm, forest and beach. There are gardens year around, transformed in winter by local fairies and twinkling lights.

Cottage on River Farm -Applegate Wine Trail

Cozy one-room cottage on a 5-acre micro-farm, on the Applegate River near vineyards. Set halfway between Crater Lake & the Redwood Forest, the Applegate Valley is a lush valley with 19 artisan vineyards. This classic cottage is a mini farm-stay experience with goats & chickens. Walk to Red Lily Vineyard! Enjoy the private firepit with complimentary s’mores kit or walk down to the river to swim. Nearby: the historic gold-rush town of Jacksonville, home of the Britt Summer Music Festival.

Peach Orchard Cottage

Quaint cottage nestled in a fruit orchard, near the beautiful Trinity river. The cottage is set in a quiet pastoral setting that borders always green pastures. There is a seasonal garden lot by the House as well as an orchard where guests can pick fruit in season, surrounded by a view is of the breathtaking forested Trinity Mountains. Come enjoy the fresh air and clear stars! We are also cleaning the cabin using the CDC - Airbnb cleaning protocol to ensure the safety of our guests!

We are quite literally in the middle of the Coastal Redwoods centrally located in the heart of the National & State Redwood Parks with easy access to explore all the parks, trails, & beaches while providing a cozy, well-equipped home to rest in-between your adventures.

Blankenship Farmhouse

Blankenship Farmhouse is a cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer & gas BBQ. The home sits at the end of the road with views of lush green pastures that are often filled with horses, cows, elk or hay bales. Maximum occupancy 6 persons. No animals, of any kind, allowed in the house. Hand, dish & laundry soap provided. No shampoo. We are just minutes from Redwood National Park, Prairie Creek State Park & the beach

Lilly Glen Tree House at Taylor Creek Lodge

Lilly Glen Treehouse is in the most magical and enchanting setting. Nestled in a very Jurassic looking gully and overlooking a 40foot waterfall, this is truly a one of a kind experience. Although you have exclusive use of the treehouse, you still have access to all of Taylor Creek Lodge's amenities . Enjoy a treehouse experience in luxury. A continental breakfast basket is included each morning. Sorry, no children under 12 years old.
