Stenhaga - hus vid egen sjö

Stenhaga, hus med sjötomt, ca 80 meter från vår egna sjö. Stort trädäck med bord och sittplatser. Liten sandstrand. Flytbrygga med badstege. Huset ligger nära Smedstugan, vårt andra hus vi hyr ut här på airbnb. Fiske ingår. Inplanerad lax. En fisk ingår i hyran därefter 130 kr / lax. Roddbåt ingår. Köket har ett vikparti, som går att dra helt åt sidan, stor öppning ut till altanen. Plan 1 - kök, tv rum, badrum. Plan 2 -Vardagsrum med öppen spis, balkong, 3 sovrum. Wifi, apple tv.

Beautiful property by the river and lake in Alseda

Beautiful house 🏡 by the river Emån, Alseda 🌅Experience this incredible area of lakes, forests and wildlife. The river passes right by the house and the lake with a small beach is only a few minutes by foot where you can swim 🏊‍♀️ You have the entire house and separate guesthouse to yourself and a huge garden (3500 m2) to enjoy with your family. The main house is a fully equipped home and in the guesthouse you also have a sauna and gym.The shower and bathroom is in the main house

Mysig stuga precis vid vattnet. Med el men utan rinnande vatten. Enkelt kök med utrustning för en familj. Matlagning sker på bänkspis eller grill utomhus. Sovrum med 3 sängar samt bäddsoffa i allrummet. Täcken och kuddar finns, egna sängkläder medtages. Utedass precis i anslutning till stugan. Båt finns att låna. Fiskekort köps i närmsta livsmedelsbutik. Kommunal badplats endast 200meter från stugan. Endast 5km till närmsta livsmedelsbutik och 20km till Vimmerby.

Skapa nya minnen i detta unika och familjevänliga boende. Med utsikt över sjön Vidöstern för fiske och bad får du ro och vacker omgivning. Nära till Värnamo med Vandalorum, gummifabriken. Även nära till Isaberg och High Chaparral. Båt finns men ingår inte i priset. Passar för max 3 vuxna, eller två vuxna och två barn.

Cozy white house close to the nature with Wi-Fi

Living close to the nature. Two floor house with fireplace and air conditioner on each level. Lots of space and open areas. Place for parking 2-3 cars. In September 2023 we connected a new water source. Now the water is completely clean and transparent, without iron.

Uvamoen ett unikt hus med sjötomt och egen strand.

I det helt unika huset Uvamoen bor ni intill sjön Sommens strandlinje. Ni blir också grannar med den kuperade Östgötska skogslandskapet. Ni har en helt ostörd plats för er själva med stor terrass, egen badstrand och roddbåt.

The cabin

A newly built cabin in a beech forest, built by myself. Waterfilled quarries: 100 m. A beach: 2 km. Supermarket: 1 km. Bathroom with shower and eco toilet inside. Peaceful atmosphere, but close to communicatations.

Fantastiskt läge med egen strand

Perfect for families or fishermen. There is a private beach and we can help to arrange renting of boats. The house was built 2014 and has a large terrace, fireplace, barbecue and a sauna.
