Verdigre - Parkside Cottage

Comfortable cottage in Verdigre, walking distance from downtown and all local businesses. Verdigre is a short drive to Ashfall Fossil Beds, Niobrara State Recreation Area, Grove Lake and endless outdoor adventures including hiking, hunting, fishing, and eagle watching. There’s a small deck on the park side where you can sit and enjoy the weather. There’s also a nice sized front porch to sit and relax on as well. This house is on the Kolace day parade route which is the 2nd weekend in June.

Running Water Lodge above Old Riverboat Landing

The Riverboat Lodge sits on a wooded acreage above the now defunct Riverboat Landing and down the road from a Game and Parks boat launch. The "Hall" has real hickory floors, a bar, fireplace, giant sectional w/ 65" TV, game table and jukebox. Professional kitchen w/ 36" dual fuel range, second oven and seating for 10. Wrap around deck. There are 4 bedrooms with a total of 6 queen and 3 twin beds and three bathrooms. There is an attached garage perfect for staging hunting and fishing trips.

The Ridge: Gorgeous Lewis and Clark Lake View

2023 build overlooking Lewis and Clark Lake. Sit on the deck for a spectacular view of the sunrise and sunset or gather along side the fire pit on the patio. Enjoy two full kitchens, and two fireplaces or just relax with your favorite beverage at one of the bars while playing ping pong or billiards. 12 minute drive to Lewis and Clark Recreation Area in South Dakota and 5 minutes to Weigand in NE where you will find boat ramps, beaches, fishing, hiking. Golf Course is 5 minutes away.

Delightful and Peaceful 1-Bedroom Farm Cabin

Get away from the busyness of life and relax in this peaceful farm cabin under the stars. The cabin features a full kitchen and dining area, along with access to an outdoor patio equipped with a grill, picnic table, and pergola. Inside, you’ll find a cozy living area with a loveseat and a 50” TV perfect for snuggling up and watching your favorite movie. This rental is on my residence property on lower level. Private entrance and adequate parking for boat. Quiet and secluded neighborhood. Walking distance to lake with beach access for swimming and fishing. Boat Marina is a mile away in state park. Public golf course 6 miles. Short 20 minute scenic drive to Yankton with shopping, movie theatre, fish hatchery, parks and water park opening 2021. Boat/Jet Ski rental information available. Beautiful sunsets. WIFI and Satellite TV available.

River View Escape

Enjoy your stay with family or friends in this river view, peaceful cottage. If you’re lucky, you may catch a view of a Bald Eagle soaring down the river. Our place has a long driveway with plenty of room for trailers. The marina with a boat dock to the Missouri River is a short, few blocks away. There is an outside RV electrical hookup. The RV dump station is a few blocks away. Our family lived in this home for almost 10 years and now we are excited to share it with you!

The Hideout on Ridgeway is a peaceful retreat in a secluded yet accessible area and the perfect spot for your next getaway. You're just five minutes from Gavin's boat ramp on Lewis and Clark Lake. Enjoy nature views from the large screened-in porch, gather around the fireplace in the living room, or watch movies on the 75-inch TV in the loft. We're well-stocked with everything you need from linens and toiletries to coffee and cooking. You just bring yourself and relax!

Kinsmen Lodge

Kinsmen lodge is located on the outskirts of Niobrara within view of the mighty Missouri River. We have a cabin duplex with each side a roomy 1000 square feet that can accommodate up to 6 guests. They have two bedrooms, private bath and full kitchen with a dining area and family room. Whether you are a group of friends or a family our cabin is built to serve your needs and is within walking distance of groceries, gas and restaurants.

The Copper Lodge

River front property with plenty of parking! The copper lodge is located at 41059 main rd Springfield, SD 57062. The lodge consists of 900 sq ft living quarters with 1 King and 6- twin xl beds. A concrete patio for grilling and entertaining. There is a fire pit that guests are able to use. If you enjoy fishing, hunting, and boating, then you would be coming to the right place. The public boat dock is nearby.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located apartment. Close to bars, stores and the Lewis and Clark lake without all of the hassle. Conveniently located behind Crofton’s coffee shop so you can caffeinate before exploring the area.
