This is a late 1800s farm house on my family farm. It has been fully remodeled and infrastructure updated but retains the simple architecture of the period farm house. Located one mile East of Gambier (Kenyon College), it's site overlooks the Kokosing River and is a short walk to the Kokosing Gap Bike Trail. Apple Valley golf course is 5 minutes away open to public. Mohican State park and canoeing is 20 minutes away in the beautiful village of Loudonville. Lots of fun shops there too. Amish country is approximately an hour away. Historic Roscoe village is also approximately an hour away.
