Welcome to The Country Manor located in the rolling hills of central Ohio. This home sits on 42 acres of farmland evoking a sense of peace and tranquility. We are conveniently located 2.8 miles from Gambier and Kenyon College, 2.7 miles from Mt. Vernon and the Nazarene University and 2.4 miles to The Kokosing Gap Trail. This is a private home with great country views, but shares an entrance with 3 other suites. Locally owned with a personal interest in providing great service to our guests.

Enjoy the lake with provided kayaks and be sure to bring your fishing pole. Soak in the hot tub and roast marshmallows over the outdoor fire pit.

This rustic 2-bedroom cabin is conveniently located on large private pond just outside the city limits of Mt. Vernon with shopping, dining, brewery and entertainment. We are pet friendly, dogs only ($50 per stay, max 2 dogs) with all the modern convenience, fully stocked kitchen, 50" flat screen smart TV, washer/dryer and fast internet. Outdoor fireplace/grill is the perfect hangout just steps from deck overlooking the large pond. 4-person paddle boat is there for use during your stay.

This location is close to everything and anything you would like to see at the Kenyon College campus.
