Our home is close to everything you could desire; coffee shops, eateries, breweries, boutiques and a park with a paved walking trail. Find your getaway in our BRAND NEW guest suite furnished with a king bed, organic cotton sheets, blackout shades, sound machine, kitchenette, oversized bathroom, and complimentary snacks (a must have). This vintage building was originally built as a hotel in the late ‘60s and a hotel for the 1982 Worlds fair! Close to everything UTK and downtown Knoxville. Garage Parking pass!! 5 min walk to the University of Tennessee or 1 mile walk from downtown Knoxville. Get a great nights’ rest in the queen size bed featuring “The Purple Mattress.” A convertible couch is great for additional guest or seating during the day. Kitchen includes the basics. Bathroom includes a combination washer/dryer.

Plenty of space and privacy in this cottage over looking the fields and pond. Sit back and relax watching the horses and goats graze. Located minutes away from Oak Ridge/Clinton/Knoxville. Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & single burner hot plate.

Knoxville Hobby House

Built in 2017 this craftsman style house has all new furnishings including top of the line kitchen appliances, king and queen beds, twin bed, toddler bed, PacknPlay for infants, two twin-size floor mattresses, a large sectional couch in the TV room, leather couch with power recliners in the sunroom and an Amish built large dining room table. Spacious yard and creek. Newly added landscaping with a fish pond surrounded by bird feeders. Park in attached garage.

Farm Stay Experience

Our place is a renovated, two bedroom, 1930's farmhouse on a working hobby farm. 28 Acres of farm land with animals accompany the house. A detached garage is home to Farm to Feast Knoxville and will have private dining parties through reservations only. This site is near the house but will host less than 24 people. Guests are ten minutes from Turkey Creek shopping and restaurants. Easily accessible to I40/Watt Rd. exit. NO SMOKING is allowed in the house.

Little River Guesthouse at Wildwood Rd.

Bring your fishing rods and kayaks! You will want to extend your stay at this Little River oasis. We built this guesthouse just for visiting guests to enjoy. It has been professionally decorated with handpicked items including some nice vintage and antique finds. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the huge deck overlooking the river. This home is close to everything including the Knoxville airport, the Smoky Mountains, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
