Avalon Cottage is a spacious one bedroom, open plan upstairs apartment with a mezanine level. King bed, sitting area,cupboards, fridge, microwave, TV, toaster and kettle, two plate stove and kitchen sink. Bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. Double bed in mezzanine accessed via ladder, has a double bed. French doors open to private balcony with a seating area and views north towards the Knysna Lagoon. Located on Leisure Island, with beaches offering safe swimming. WIFI and DSTV provided.

We are very close to the lagoon, Knysna Golf course, Leisure Island and the Heads, 8-10 minutes drive to the Waterfront. Easy to find from the Main Road N2, secure off road parking and a private entrance. We speak English, German and Russian
