Quiet sea view apartment 3 min beach - AC ...

Peaceful location and 3 minutes with scooter to the beach. The apartment at Villa Verde is spacious and tastefully furnished to European standards and offers views of the Andaman Sea, with islands such as the sea, Koh Phi Phi and beautiful sunset. In a very quiet location, but only 3 scooter minutes from Pra Ae with a great beach. The apartment has HIGHSPEED WIFI, a bedroom (king size bed) and kitchen, large living room and large private terrace. The living area is about 60 m² and 50 m² terrace.

We offer modern amenities, including AC, hot water, TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Situated in a quiet residential area, soak in the peace whilst enjoying a lazy day at the pool. (Property shares the pool with the upstairs apartment but has a private terrace and entranceway).

A5 Flexi Mini is and are situated in the Flexi Building. The apartment has an industrial design theme. Mattresses from IKEA so you can have a good nights sleep. One bedroom and one bathroom. This apartment is close to the construction so there is a special Construction discount between the end of March until the middle of December 2022. Construction 8 am to 5 pm. Some days more noise and some days less. It’s easy to find a quiet spot at the Area.

You also have access to one off Koh Lantas nices pool and it was just renovated with new tiles and new pumps and filters in September 2019.
