The apartment is part of a private villa property and is designed as a fully self-contained unit, offering guests their own entrance, private parking, and a fully equipped kitchen. It's located on the hillside away from traffic and crowds, while still being close to several popular restaurants and bars. Due to the hillside location, renting a scooter is recommended to easily get around and explore the area.

This apartment is close to the construction so there is a special Construction discount between the end of March until the middle of December 2022. Construction 8 am to 5 pm. Some days more noise and some days less. It’s easy to find a quiet spot at the Area.

You also have access to one off Koh Lantas nices pool and it was just renovated with new tiles and new pumps and filters in September 2024. Just a few meters from fantastic Long Beach.
